We are having our 59th annual spring outdoor show on Saturday March 30th
It is held at the East Donegal township firehall in Maytown PA
160 east high street, Maytown PA 17550
We provide tables at $20 for 8ft.
However, if you bring your own table the event is free to setup.
Setup begins at 7am. Doors open at 9am and the show runs untill 3pm.
We have a raffle table setup and we call a winning number every hour.
There are 2 speakers that give a presentation at 10am and 11am. From 1230 to 2 there is an animal presentation.
The boy scouts sell fundraiser tickets from Harvey’s BBQ that benefits both the Scouts And our kids fishing Derby/ trout nursery program. The tickets are sold before the show, from November until March first. The meals are then handed out At the show from 11am to 1pm.
This alone brings alot of people to the show.
Harvey’s also brings plenty of extra meals to sell at the show.
